The grunt replacement in this demo use a .mdl with more than 6000 polys and is working fine on DC.(far more than the most part of the ps2 models)
I think that hldc don´t like big size models, the poly count isn´t a great problem.
And all files to develop, like textures, maps, and some models i uploaded together the demo!

i went through a whole 100 spindle trying to get half-life to burn right even though it was the exact same settings, only 1 worked.
