    The grunt replacement in this demo use a .mdl with more than 6000 polys and is working fine on DC.(far more than the most part of the ps2 models)
    I think that hldc don´t like big size models, the poly count isn´t a great problem.
    And all files to develop, like textures, maps, and some models i uploaded together the demo!

    Ok, my browser wouldn't let me download the demo, so I had to get Google Chrome, now I see the files inside it. You included N64 textures correct?

    Dreammatrix, did you already extract the original N64 assets from the game using 3D Ripper and an emulator? I think you guys should try this method out, as you can have everything from the real game, original N64 maps and all. I am creating a CDI of this now, I'll let you know what I think after I play it.

    Ok, I played it and it was pretty fun! I had the game crash 2 times only when I came down the air vents in the begining and tried to shoot the man in the toilet stalls. Other than that it is pretty awesome!

    Anyway, Vasiliy, a good friend of mine in the Russian DC community suggested that you start posting your projects on English speaking sites, like Dreamcast-Talk, and you would be able to get much needed help or suggestions from others.

    I will post the demo over at Racketboy forums, but I think we could get more people if we just posted these mods in other places also. Maybe we can get SWAT to incorporate Windows CE compatibility in the next version of Dreamshell so we can load the mods from our SD adapters?

    Correct the n64 textures are included, i found them somewhere on the net, and some wads and models from an old G-halflife-007 mod.
    I'll take a lookand try 3DRiper thanks for the tip!

    Windows CE compatibility on Dreamshell will help the game modding scene a lot !
    I need find and buy one of these sd-adaptors!

    Your welcome! I heard about the program from the Shenmue Dojo, and I was amazed how they did it.

    I have been playing Garry's mod for years, and I always wondered how they got actual Nintendo 64 models into their games, I had no idea they grabbed them from a window in an emulator with 3D Ripper! XD I hope you can make some use of the program.

    ill test it when its done i went through a whole 100 spindle trying to get half-life to burn right even though it was the exact same settings, only 1 worked.

    Half-Life burning can be tricky, trust me, I know. I made a lot of coasters, and sometimes DJ 3.5 can't burn them right. I use Alcohol 120 when the mods won't work in DJ. The CDI I made burnt fine in DJ version 6.

    Don't give up, when you get it burning right it is all a peice of cake from then on.

    can someone find me the whole goldeneye textures? im having a hard time to find them =S

    Oh wow, I hadn't realized it has almost been a year since we heard any progress. :P

    I was asked about this demo just now over at Theisozone and if a full version would even be released. I know you are really busy Dreammatrix, but I promised the guy I would ask you about this for him.
